Ihre Aufgaben
• Umsetzung der Personal- und Organisationsstrategie für die genannten Bereiche
• Ansprechpartner:in sowie Coach und Berater:in für Führungskräfte
• Analyse von Mitarbeitenden-Daten und Engagement, Ableitung und Umsetzung von
Verbesserungen
• Sicherstellung einer effektiven Organisationsstruktur und Performance Management
• Entwicklung von Vergütungsstrukturen und Beratung bei vergütungsrelevanten Fragen
• Mitwirkung bei Talentakquise und Nachfolgeplanung für Schlüsselpositionen
• Unterstützung bei Personalentwicklungs- und Change-Management-Initiativen

Ihr Profil
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner in komplexen, wachsenden
Organisationen
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und kaufmännisches Verständnis
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in Matrixstrukturen, Zusammenarbeit mit COEs
• Selbständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Belastbarkeit
• Fähigkeit, andere zu beeinflussen und integrative, fördernde Arbeitsumfelder zu gestalten
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Arbeitnehmervertretungen, insbesondere mit dem Betriebsrat
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und HR-Software (z. B. Workday)
